Thank you for supporting Crochet Krush LLC. Each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, the following policy applies to all purchases.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, photos, sizing, colors, and other details carefully before placing your order.
2. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order information
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
After review, we may offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
4. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
5. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS or another carrier, Crochet Krush LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact USPS
- Contact local authorities if theft is suspected
6. Shipping and Processing
We currently ship only to the United States and Puerto Rico using USPS. Our usual processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
7. Care Instructions
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing:
- Spot cleaning or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
- Lay flat to dry
- Do not wring, twist, or hang to dry
- Avoid heat, bleach, and harsh chemicals
- Machine washing and machine drying are not recommended
8. Handmade Variation Disclaimer
Because our products are handmade:
- Slight variations in size, stitching, texture, and appearance may occur
- Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings
These natural variations are not defects and are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
9. Wear and Improper Care
Normal wear, stretching over time, or damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
10. Baby Item Safety Notice
Some products may be intended for babies or young children, but this website is intended for adult shoppers only.
For any baby or child-related item:
- Adult supervision is required at all times
- Inspect the item before each use
- Stop using the item immediately if you notice damage, loose threads, wear, or any unsafe condition
