Payments are processed through PayPal. Depending on PayPal availability and customer device settings, customers may also be able to pay by credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay through PayPal. 6. Shipping
We currently ship only to the United States and Puerto Rico using USPS. Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our control may occur.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled, all sales are final, returns are not accepted, and exchanges are not offered.
The only exception is for items damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Care Policy.
8. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crochet Krush LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
9. Baby and Child Item Disclaimer
Some items may be purchased for use with babies or young children. However, the website is intended for adults only. Adult supervision is required at all times, items must be inspected before each use, and use must stop immediately if there is any sign of wear, damage, loose threads, or another unsafe condition.
